NewsREGIONAL CHIEF ANGRY SHARE ON: Tim Rout, staff Wednesday, Dec. 28th, 2016Ontario’s Regional Chief is angry with the Children’s Aid Society in the London area. Isadore Day says the CAS gave the OPP false information involving the Oneida Nation of the Thames following a deadly house fire on the reserve. Day says although the First Nation Chief did not give CAS permission to carry out an investigation, the agency told police he did. Day says this is an assault against Oneida at a time when it’s grieving the loss of loved ones. Day is calling on Premier Kathleen Wynne to step in and correct this transgression.
