The Timmins Police Service has completed its investigation into an occurrence involving threats that were made and an assault at a local tavern. Police say back in October a male suspect was confronted by the Tavern owner and asked to leave. The suspect then uttered threats at the victim and at one point struck them resulting in minor injuries. The accused has been scheduled to appear in court in Timmins in January.
