Local Police are reminding residents of some holiday shopping tips. Police say as many people begin their holiday shopping, there will be an increase of shoppers providing opportunities for thieves. The OPP says while shopping in heavily visited areas to carry a minimum amount of cash on you. They also say to not leave anything you bought unattended, always protect your pin and to be sure to lock your vehicle once everything’s inside.
