The Porcupine Health Unit is reminding residents to get their flu shot this month. For the month of November the PHU will be offering free clinic and this year you can book your appointment online. Public Health Nurse, Joelle Chartrand says getting vaccinated will help build up immunity, strength and resistance to the virus.
