The OPP in Hearst was called to the scene of a fatal collision over the weekend. The police investigation determined that three males were in a pickup truck travelling westbound on Champlain Road just South of Hearst when the incident took place. Two of the passengers were transported to the hospital one remains in critical condition, however the driver of the vehicle, 20-year-old Martin Hebert from Kapuskasing died in the crash. Police are still investigating the cause of the collision.
