The OPP has released their calls for service for the month of October. Officers with the James Bay Detachments responded to 1041 calls and spent over 850 hours on road safety and traffic enforcement. The highest number of offences was in property crimes and Staff Sergeant Baldassare Nuccio says that could just be due to the time of year. Â During the month of October police laid upwards of 200 criminal code charges and there was more than 350 provincial offences.
