The Toronto Maple Leafs skated to a 3-2 win over the Florida Panthers last night. Tyler Bozak scored twice and Mitch Marner notched 3 assists. Elsewhere the Montreal Canadiens won their sixth in a row 3-1 over Tampa and Winnipeg beat Dallas 4-1.
The Tennessee Titans scored  their highest point total of the season in a 36-22 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in  the NFL Thursday nighter. Titan QB Marcus Mariota threw for 270 yards and two touchdowns in the win.
The Montreal Impact advanced out of the MLS knockout round with a 4-2 victory over DC United last night. Montreal, will now host the New York Red Bulls in the Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday.
