Every Wednesday the North Cochrane Addiction Services offers information sessions in Kapuskasing for the public to attend. These sessions are for teenagers, adults, professionals and family members who would like to learn more about anger issues and substance abuse. Next week there will be a session on tools for managing anger at the addiction services centre in Kap. In Cochrane they don’t have group information sessions, but anyone looking to get help can contact the North Cochrane Addiction Services and set up a one on one meeting with a councillor.
