The Town of Kapuskasing will be extending Progress crescent, over by the hospital, to build housing for the elderly. CAO for the town, Yves Labelle says they have changed their approach for the next grant approvals to help accommodate the street extension. He says they will need to include a water and sewage system with road. Â Labelle says the Sensenbrenner Hospital is in the process of transferring the property over to the town. He says a housing project committee has been formed and in the next couple of weeks they will start discussions on what approach they will take.
