An illegal shooting of a moose is under investigation by the Ministry of Natural Resources. Timmins Police Constable Nick Osborne says it happened on either August 28th or 29th, when an unknown person shot the animal illegally. Â Osborne says hunters are reminded to be safe while out in the bush, and when traveling to and from a hunting location.
