The Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service is one step closer to going on strike. The union and the police unit haven’t been able to reach an agreement, and a no-board report has been filed. Union President and NAPS Officer, Jason Storkson, says the fight is about officer safety. Â The union has asked the labour board to file a No-Board report, which means they will be in a legal strike position within 17 days of receiving the report.
