The Ron Morel Memorial Museum is closing for the season soon. Until September 9th the museum is open daily, including weekends from 8:30am to 4:30pm. As usual admission is free and you can come check out some of the many exhibits that are available. Curator of the Ron Morel Memorial Museum, Julie Latimer says the museum has more than 200 photographs and artifacts highlighting some of the history of Kapuskasing.  Latimer also says they added a new uniform to the display which was Sergant Allan Poolton’s army dress uniform. Sergeant Poolton is from Kapuskasing and was a mechanic overseas during World War 2.
