Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion of Canada won bronze yesterday in synchronized 10-metre platform diving at the Rio Olympics. Canada now owns five medals in Rio, four of which are bronze.
The Toronto Blue Jays’ got thumped 9-2 by the Tampa Bay Rays last night. Marco Estrada took the loss, he allowed three runs  on seven hits and four walks over five innings.
