Environment Canada has issued another heat warning for many parts of Northeastern Ontario. With temperatures expected to get up to the high 30’s with the humidex Environment Canada has issued a warning to anyone who plans on being outside. Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose a risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion. Environment Canada reminds the public to drink plenty of fluids especially water before you feel thirsty to decrease your risk of dehydration.
