The town of Moonbeam is set to kick off its annual Canada Day festivities, bringing in crowds from all over the Highway 11 corridor. Beach Volley Ball will begin the day’s events following by live performances from local acts such as Chanel Larabie, Stef Paquette, Blood Stone and Ray and Bay to Basics. The town will be running shuttle-bus services in an attempt to cut down on drunk driving. The buses will be running from Kapuskasing, Val-Rita Harty and from Faquier-Strickland.
