NEO Kids has announced thanks to new diagnostic guidelines, its FASD clinic will be expanding. The Festal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Clinic will now be accepting referrals for children under the age of six. Prior to the change it would only accept those between the ages of six and 18. The FASD clinic reports it has assessed nearly 200 children from across the Northeast. It’s now reporting with the new changes so far in 2016, it’s had as many referrals now as it did in the entirety of last year.
