NewsPOLICE SEEKING PUBLIC’S HELP SHARE ON: Tim Rout, staff Wednesday, Apr. 27th, 2016The public is being looked to for help by police in the investigation of a break and entering in Opasatika. The Kapuskasing detachment along with OPP forensics is heading up the investigation, after $40,000 of damage to a building on Government Road following a break in. Police say the culprits also made off with a large amount of copper wire. The OPP estimates the break in happened between the fall of 2015 and January 2016. The police are asking anyone to come forward with information; you can also report it anonymously through Crimestoppers.
