An arrest has been made in Kapuskasing after the OPP says it received a report of a man pullingĀ a knife on a group of children. Ā Police didnāt confirm whether it was an attempted theft or provide any insight into the suspectāsĀ motive. Ā Police say the group of kids were walking when a man allegedly approached them with the knife. Ā A 25-year-old man from Kapuskasing has been charged with assault, possession of a dangerousĀ weapon and failure to comply with probation. Ā The OPP says the children were not injured in the incident.
