The OPP says a pick-up in the ditch near Hearst has led to drug charges. A 36-year-old Hearst man has been charged with possession, impaired driving and insecure load. This comes after police were called to a scene where the pick-up truck had run off the road and the snowmobile it was carrying wasn’t secured. Police are taking the opportunity to warn drivers of both the penalties and dangers of driving while under the influence and not securing cargo.
