The Edmonton Oilers won at Rexall Place for the final time, beating the Vancouver Canucks 6-2 last night, elsewhere the Leafs lost their final home game of the season 5-1 to Columbus and Detroit shut out Philadelphia 3-0.

The Toronto Blue Jays fell to the Tampa Bay Rays 5-3 yesterday, the Jays Josh Donaldson left the game with a strained right calf , the club says they expect him in the line-up in Friday’s home opener.
