Charlie Angus, the federal MP for Timmins-James Bay, isn’t buying the Liberal spin on the Ring of Fire. Liberal MPs claim investing clean water and education dollars on First Nations will help develop the chromite site. But Angus is asking the Liberals who are they kidding? He says governments have a moral and constitutional obligation to put these types of services on reserves. Angus says so far, the Trudeau Liberals are silent on what money they will spend directly on the Ring of Fire.
