The Liberal MP for Sudbury says the Ring of Fire will move forward. That’s despite no mention of the chromite discovery in last week’s federal budget. However MP says no projects are mentioned at all in the budget but adds the feds will spend billions on similar projects. Lefebvre says one way the Ring of Fire will be advanced is to put infrastructure and education dollars into First Nations near the chromite site.
