Remi Skill Hill has announced its skiing and snowboarding season is officially over. Mild temperatures over the Christmas holidays have hit many local businesses dedicated to winter sports financially this year. Management says it will be looking at fund raising for season including the sale of passes and will be making an appearance at the Kapuskasing Sports and Trade Show in May. Kamiskotia Snow Resort in Timmins also felt the effects of mild temperatures. Kamiskotia is expected to remain open this week.
