Back up to 80 km/h on Municipal Rd.

After three weeks of being limited to 50 km/h on the Timmins part of Municipal Road, it’s back up to 80.

The lower limit was initiated on April 10th because of deteriorating pavement. Hundreds of potholes have been patched and the public works department is satisfied the patches will hold.

The city is responsible for 9.1 km of the road from Hwy. 101 to Barber’s Bay.
