Farm in Iroquois Falls gets money from NOHFC

A farm in Iroquois Falls is among five agriculture projects to get a share of $1.35-million from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.

As cabinet minister responsible for the NOHFC, Timmins MPP George Pirie revealed today that HCF North – the Iroquois Falls facility – is getting $268,998.

That money’s intended to help buy a new grain bin, increasing storage space for its and other farmers’ crops, while also creating jobs.

HCF North is on Hwy. 11, just north of Jacobs Hill Rd
