The OPP says it’s made an arrest in Hearst after multiple reports of harassment. Police say their investigation has been in the works for months as many residents in Hearst reported receiving threatening letters. A 58-year-old Hearst man has been arrested and charged with seven counts of criminal harassment and is set to appear in court on April 27th.
