The OPP says two out-of-towners have been arrested in Kapuskasing for fraud. Police say they received a report of two men selling audio equipment out of a white van in the town. The OPP says it has seized $10,000 in cash and several defective pieces of audio equipment. Two men, ages 30 and 33 from Quebec have been arrested and charged with fraud, possession of stolen property and property obtained by crime. The two are set to appear in court in Kap on April 4th.
