Nipissing Vic Fedeli says it’s tough trying to figure out what the Liberals intend on doing with many LCBO outlets. And Fedeli says it’s because different ministers keep contradicting themselves resulting in a lot of confusion. However finance minister Charles Sousa says the public will end up with better LCBO outlets. Fedeli is throwing cold water on Sousa’s argument claiming a document he has lets the new property owners determine the best use for the sites.
