A 29-year-old North York man who OPP say had a loaded 10mm handgun when they arrested him in Cochrane Sunday night is up on ten charges.
Responding to a 9-1-1 call of suspected drug trafficking, officers found the man at a business on Railway Street. They seized suspected fentanyl, cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of $200,000. They also seized a cell phone and about $6,000 in cash.

- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – heroin
- Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammo
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Fail to comply with release order – three counts
