A collision between a pick-up truck and a train on Lillabelle Lake Rd. in Cochrane has resulted in the death of a 75-year-old Cochrane resident.
James Bay OPP say they were called shortly after 10:00am Tuesday. The truck had been hit by the train in the crossing.
The driver was pronounced dead at Lady Minto Hospital.
Lillabelle Lake Rd. was closed between McWhirter Rd. and Con. 6 & 7 for the investigation.
