“Debit fraud” is what James Bay OPP are calling an incident in Cochrane earlier this month, and they hope you can help locate the alleged fraudster.
Police were called about a stolen debit card on Sunday, November 3rd. It had been used on the previous two days to rack up $1,000 worth of transactions over a total of 19 times at eight Cochrane businesses.
