The annual Rosewood Avenue Christmas Concert organized by the Iroquois Falls Arts Council is set for Friday, November 29th at the community auditorium.
Arts council project development coordinator Brigid Wilkes says it’s all about tradition, led by the local husband-and-wife country music duo.
“We also try and include the Community Choir as well, because they have been part of this community for a very long time and we always appreciate having them at events;” she says, “and the Step ‘N Sound dancers, because love those kids, they’re always great.”
The 90-minute presentation begins at 7:00pm. Tickets are available online from the arts council. They’re $20 for adults and $20 for kids under 17.
“At the door, the tickets become $25 for adults and 15 for kids,” Wilkes points out. “We will also be doing a 50-50 draw and having some of the players from the Iroquois Falls Storm volunteering for us as well.”
