An Alberta man has been charged by OPP with threatening Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus last month.
Angus alleges that the man recognized him at Bass Lake, northeast of Latchford, threatened him and pointed out there were only the two of them on the beach. But there was a witness.
Police laid four criminal charges, plus no-contact or trespass orders to protect the New Democratic MP and his family.
