The annual Cochrane Fall Fair comes up on Friday and Saturday, September 6th and 7th at the fairgrounds.
Cochrane Agricultural Society treasurer Hope Lévesque says along with the usual displays and competitions, the musical line-up is back after last year’s début.
“On the Friday night, we’ll have Kyler Brouwer and Claudia Charlebois – Claudia and Fam Jam,” Lévesque outlines, “and then Saturday, we have Angelo Paquette, Solitary Diamond, which is Marcel Courville and Estelle and John.”
Solitary Diamond is a tribute to Neil Diamond.
Lévesque says there’s a petting zoo Friday, September 6th and Saturday the 7th, and inflatables on Saturday only.
“And we’ll have a food truck this year, which is new. It is the Moose Country Barbecue food truck. They’re new to town and supposedly they’re awesome.”
There will also be several needlework demonstrations during both days of the fair.
