The Northern Ontario Wires power interruption in Iroquois Falls on Sunday won’t be as widespread as originally announced.
The utility now says instead of affecting the entire town, electricity will only be off in the area basically bounded by Essex Ave., Mistango St , Argyle Ave., Picadilly Circle and Devonshire Ave.
That includes the fire hall, St. Anne and St. Mark churches and should last between 8:00am and 4:00pm Sunday.
