Calgary and Vancouver were the only Canadian NHL teams to win their games last night and they used the same score. The Canucks doubled Boston 4-2 and the Flames got by Columbus also 4-2. In other action, Toronto lost in overtime to Carolina 1-0, Dallas picked up a 3-2 win over Edmonton, New Jersey doubled Ottawa 6-3 and Winnipeg got beat 4-1 by Nashville.
For the second year in a row, Kyle Lowry of the Toronto Raptors has been picked to play in the All-Star game. The 29-year-old is averaging just under 21 points a game this season. The All-Star game goes next month in Toronto.
