Police are on the lookout for any drinking and driving violations, not just on our roads but soon on our snowmobile trails. Police say one of the leading causes of serious injury or death is drinking while operating a snowmobile. The OPP says it’s taking a zero tolerance stake in the safety of sledders. Snowmobiles are incredibly powerful machines and very often are used to travel across rough terrain with hazards.
