Charges have been laid in connection to a fatal car crash on Highway 11. Two transport trucks collided head-on near Matheson on Monday morning. 61-year-old Gary Messenger from Latchford Ontario was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, a 29-year-old from Winnipeg, was treated for non-life threatening injuries. He has since been arrested and is looking at dangerous driving causing death charges. The OPP is still investigating the crash, and asking anyone with information to call police.
