Our new Detachment Commander for the local OPP, Mike Pilon says engaging youth within the community is a goal for police. Pilon has taken the reigns over for the James Bay OPP, with reach from Moosonee to Kapuskasing and Cochrane. He says one of the great aspects of his new position is the communal involvement. Pilon says one way to get in involved is the Auxiliary Unit which attracts young hopefuls and people who want to be more involved in their community.
