Iroquois Falls Mayor Tory Delaurier can’t disclose why, but does confirm that town hall will only be open to the public one day next week.
A post on the town’s website and Facebook page says it’s due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
Town hall will only be open Thursday, June 29th. Delaurier says that’s to allow anyone to get a landfill permit for the long weekend, for instance, or to pay a bill.
The regular council meeting next Tuesday night will go ahead.
