Transport taken out of service for allegedly being a hazard to everyone on the road

Two transport drivers and their Winnipeg-based company face a litany of charges for operating an unsafe truck.

OPP say the cab and trailer of a tractor-trailer were damaged in a collision near Jellicoe on February 16th.

Two days later, it was reported as being operated on Highway 11 near Cochrane.

A total of 12 charges have been laid against a 27-year-old driver from Brampton, a 33-year-old driver from Brantford, and the company.
