Because of Friday’s holiday, we’ve moved up this week’s look at photos at the Iroquois Falls Museum to Thursday.
And this time, we’re not looking for names. Everyone in the pic is identified.
“This is the electrical department, the day crew at Abitibi, from about 1978 or 79,” says museum volunteer Danny McIntyre. “It includes journeymen electricians and two or three apprentices.”
“It’s an interesting picture and it sparks some memories and sparks some other discussions. Just who they were and they got to be there, and people like to see the old pictures of Daddies and Grandpas.”
