Iroquois Falls Access Transit – the bus service for the elderly and mobility challenged – is about to embark on its big annual fundraiser.
For the sixth year, it will be benefitting from the sale of Smile cookies at Tim Hortons.

“We’re up to $47,600 so far that Tim Hortons has given us through the Smile cookie, which is incredible,” she reports.
As in previous years, volunteers are needed to help decorate the cookies as they come fresh out of the kitchen.
“Especially student volunteers on the weekend,” notes Castonguay. “My weekend shifts are open – or even adults. We need adult volunteers, too.”
