The mystery photo about which we’re trying to find information this week for the Iroquois Falls Museum this week is of a group of Legionnaires.
Museum volunteer Danny McIntyre does have a few details.
“Two of them we know are Mr. Grummett, who went on to be a provincial cabinet minister,” he says, “and Horace Jones.”
They’re speaking to the dignitary, who’s wearing a bowler hat.

“There’s some speculation he may have been a lieutenant-governor or someone of that ranking, obviously inspecting the Legionnaires,” notes McIntyre.
