The Northeastern Catholic District School Board is welcoming its new Supervisor of Mental Health and Wellness. Kim McEntee will be taking over in the board, bringing 17 years of experience to the table. McEntee says addressing mental health issues early in a child’s life is important. She says there’s been a great deal of awareness raised recently pertaining to mental health but there’s still a lot of work to do. McEntee says helping students will be a partnership across the board to improve mental health.
