Cochrane Town Council is considering an amendment to the stop-sign bylaw that could see a four way stop introduced at 3rd Avenue and 5th Street. Also, council is weighing the wisdom of removing the east/west stop signs at 14th Avenue and 5th Street. The goal in both cases would be to improve traffic flow and public safety.
