NewsGUN AND DRUG CHARGES IN COCHRANE SHARE ON: Tim Rout, staff Tuesday, Nov. 10th, 2015The Cochrane OPP says it’s seized $7,000 of marijuana as a result of a traffic safety initiative. The OPP says on October 20th as part of a safety initiative with the MTO and MNR it charged a Cochrane male and Calgary female with drug and gun possession. Police say in addition, seven provincial charges and several warnings were handed out to other drivers passing through Cochrane. Both of the accused are set to appear in court in December.
