Local police have released details on a traffic stop which lead to stunt driving and drug possession charges in Hearst. Police say they made a traffic stop near Stoddart in late October after the vehicle was seen speeding. The OPP says a 25-year-old female and a 27-year-old male, both from New Brunswick, with stunt driving and drug possession charges. Police say they seized marijuana with an estimated street value of $2,000. The male is set to appear in Hearst court next month and female will face her charges in January.
