Police will be out in full force over Halloween in Cochrane and Iroquois Falls on the lookout for driver and pedestrian safety. Police say while out trick-or-treating to stay away from poorly lit or dark homes, discuss the places and route children will be taking before heading out and always be cautious near main roads. Police say dressing children in brightly colored costumes and going with make up or face paint over masks can help a child see better and be more visible around dusk. Police are asking parents to inspect the goodies children pick up before they eat them.
