The good news today from the Porcupine Health Unit: 57 COVID-19 cases resolved, for a total of 1,393.
The not-so-good news: Another 24 new cases bring the pandemic total to 1,748.
The James Bay-Hudson Bay coast area accounts for 15 of the new cases. Timmins has eight of them and the area between Smooth Rock Falls and Matheson has the other one.
